My wife provided me with a neat little project. The handles on our crockpot broke. We could have bought a new one for $20, but my wife thought it would be fun if I made the handles on the 3D printer.
The initial prototype didn’t have the correct curve and the overall depth was short. I used some old yellow PLA that has been around for a few years for the prototype.
The final print I used Sunlu White Matte PLA. Even thought only one handle broke, I decided to print two and replace both handles.
Maybe we will get another 20 years out of this crockpot.
